Very east to grow, even for a beginner.
Ive found that they are reasonably draught Tolerant, although I'd recommend giving plenty of water in the hottest days of summer.
They respond well to most soil types. I grow mine in very sandy soil with very little, if any, fertiliser and they do just fine.
Im sure they would prefer some nice composted loam!
Will self sow if seeds aren't collected.
Seeds are very stable and will last years.
I’ve found they can be prone to mite damage, so be vigilant and use a neem-oil based spray if you need to.
