Wapsipinicon peach heirloom tomato organic seeds x15

A variety of heirloom peach-type tomato developed in the 1890s. Originally known as the white peach; this strain is know as the wapsipinicon peach, named after the wapsipinicon river in northeast Iowa USA.

The fruits have a fruity, very sweet and somewhat zesty/spicey flavour. They are juicy and grow to a size anywhwre between a large marble and a golf ball.

The plant is a very high yeilder and can easily produce 100s of little fruits.

Fruits are covered in a 'fuzz' (much like a peach) that protects it from insects.

Fertilize your soil well, and plant when the risk of frost is gone.

A really lovely heirloom.
